Small Business Argo recognizes small businesses as those that meet the requirements that are set by the United States Small Business Administration (SBA). The SBA sets size standards, based on NAICS codes, that define the maximum size that the business, and its affiliates, can be to qualify as a small business. Most manufacturing businesses are considered small if there are less than 500 employees and most non-manufacturing businesses are considered small if there are less than $7,500,000 average annual receipts.
