Simon Lucey is an associate professor at Carnegie Mellon University’s Robotics Institute, where he specializes in computer vision and leads the CI2CV Lab. His work includes training computers to extract geometric information from images and videos, novel approaches for applying vision and learning to embedded devices, and developing ways for computer systems to effectively read facial actions and body behavior. At Argo AI he helps develop systems that can more readily interpret and anticipate the 3D world.
